Major Tim Harrison (right)
goes over communications equipment with a member of the New Iraqi
Army. Harrison is the Brigade Signal Officer for the 30th BDE of the
North Carolina National Guard. He is originally from the South Toe
area but now lives in Spruce Pine, when he is not in Iraq. Harrison
uses this web site to stay in touch with the area. Many thanks to
Major Harrison for sharing these pictures and more importantly for
serving and protecting all of us. Best Wishes to all of our
