Progress on the new Shoal Creek Baptist
Church got a big jump this week with the help of over 50 workers
from "Carpenters For Christ". This group is mostly from
Alabama, however six other states are also represented. They expect
to have it under roof by the end of this week and ready for the next
group of workers. Next week's workers are from South Carolina.
According to Pastor Dick Westbrook the building is 12,000 square
feet. They expect to be in the new church by the first of the
year. The new church is located off Hwy 19 east of Burnsville, near
Shoal Creek Road.
